You may not have heard of Ostuni, the white city, but once you've visited, you will never forget it again. It is a very picturesque town built on a hill (as so many in southern Italy are) and wandering through the innumerable little alleys with entry doors in every possible and impossible nook and cranny, you will ask yourself how delivering mail, let alone a new piece of furniture is even possible here. Polignano a Mare (aka Polignano by the sea) is a famous beachside town in the region and home of the internationally renowned cave restaurant Grotta Palazzese (I am sure you have seen the viral pics, now look at mine to see what the place looks like from outside on a summer's day).
